📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients • Take statements • Pay lost wage benefits • File state forms • Deny claims • Handle subrogation and litigation • Communicate with CEOs, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys • Handle claims across multiple jurisdictions • Continue growing in a claims career while working from home

🎯 Requirements

• Previous workers compensation adjusting experience required • Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster • License/state experience in the Northeast states • Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software
