📋 Description

• Lead product design and requirements across complex, cross-functional initiatives • Partner with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success teams to align on scope, dependencies, and delivery approach • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for product adoption, usage, and customer health • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer escalations • Partner with Support, Services, and Engineering to diagnose issues and drive resolution • Translate customer feedback and usage data into product requirements and prioritization recommendations • Conduct competitive market analysis and assess the product’s domestic and international competitive position • Support and scale internal and external enablement through webinars, documentation, and training • Represent the product in customer-facing settings, including advisory boards, escalation calls, and adoption reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through delivery • Experience coordinating across Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders • Strong analytical skills • Hands-on experience building or using dashboards/reporting tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau • Track record of resolving complex customer issues and converting escalations into product or process improvements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels • Collaborative mindset and sound judgment • Ability to operate with incomplete information and adapt as priorities shift • Experience in Expense Management, Corporate Cards, or related Finance/Procurement domains preferred • Familiarity with SQL preferred • Experience with customer advisory boards or executive audiences preferred • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft preferred • BA/BS technical degree preferred; MBA is a plus, or equivalent work experience
