📋 Description

• Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus following the local campus template and terminal course objectives • Organize, prepare, regularly revise, and update course materials • Use online technologies and course-related software, including websites, email, and online discussions • Model effective oral and written communication to engage students and improve learning • Publish course objectives, assignment and examination dates, and evaluation-category weightings • Ensure exam content and level correspond to course terminal objectives • Prepare and grade exams consistently and fairly • Provide timely feedback to students • Teach Psychology (PSYC110), covering psychological foundations, learning, attitude formation, personality, social influence, communication dynamics, conflict resolution, motivation, leadership, and group processes • Complete other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Psychology or a very closely related field • 18+ earned graduate credit hours directly in psychology courses • PhD in the field strongly encouraged • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an online/virtual environment at the rank of Instructor or higher • Teaching experience including student outreach highly preferred • Experience and credentials to teach assigned courses • Current regulatory and practice credentials, when appropriate based on assignment • Genuine passion for education and lifelong learning • Exceptional subject matter expertise • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to provide official transcripts for all earned degrees from a regionally accredited institution • Foreign degrees must be evaluated by an approved evaluation entity
