📋 Description

• Provide hands-on accounting support as the organization continues to scale rapidly • Independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Handle operational accounting activities including GL, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations • Quickly assess priorities, take ownership, and drive work through completion • Support the consulting engagement with potential for temp-to-hire

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience • Strong operational accounting experience, including GL, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Ability to independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong communication skills, professional presence, and proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to quickly assess priorities, take ownership, and drive work through completion • CPA preferred • Experience within insurance, FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth technology environment preferred • NetSuite experience preferred • Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled accounting process improvements preferred • Prior consulting or interim accounting experience preferred
