📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations for a PE-backed global company • Strengthen close processes and accrual accounting • Oversee daily cash forecasting • Guide the team through year-end • Establish close calendars, SOPs, and checklists • Improve reporting and support timely management reporting • Oversee global, multi-entity consolidations • Support adaptation to new ERP systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Controller experience with strong operational accounting and team leadership skills • Expertise in accrual accounting, including schedules, reversals, and supporting documentation • Proven ability to establish close calendars, SOPs, checklists, and timely management reporting • Experience overseeing global, multi-entity consolidations • Strong cash management and cash forecasting experience • Strong ERP skills, with the ability to improve reporting and quickly adapt to new systems • Sage Intacct experience preferred • PE portfolio and lender compliance reporting experience preferred • Media or advertising industry experience preferred
