📋 Description

• Step in as an experienced Interim CFO for a confidential private equity-backed software company • Provide hands-on financial and strategic leadership during a critical transition period • Quickly assess priorities and drive execution • Support and partner with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders • Lead finance activities including operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management

🎯 Requirements

• Previous CFO or senior finance executive experience within a SaaS/software company • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment • Experience supporting companies with approximately $100M–$500M in revenue • Strong operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management experience • Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and PE stakeholders • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to quickly assess priorities and drive execution • Availability to begin an interim engagement quickly • Prior interim or consulting CFO experience (preferred) • Experience leading finance organizations through periods of transition, transformation, or growth (preferred)
