📋 Description

• Oversee in-home behavioral programs for children remotely • Supervise and manage cases involving children aged 12 months to 12 years • Ensure children receive high-quality care • Collaborate during monthly team meetings • Conduct or support occasional in-person Safety-Care and onboarding training • Work with the dedicated scheduling team • Operate within programs typically running from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday

🎯 Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification held for at least three years • Fluency in Spanish and English • Case management experience with children from 12 months to 12 years • Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted • BCBA Certification transcript must be submitted • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance • Current TB test • Up-to-date BLS training • Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
