📋 Description

• Execute assigned day-to-day committee operations activities • Schedule committee meetings, manage calendars, and support agenda preparation • Assist with meeting setup, take draft minutes, and track basic action items • Maintain charters, committee member lists, and training logs • Develop endpoint event dossier packets under supervision • Communicate with committee members and internal teams regarding scheduling and materials • Liaise with statisticians, data management, CROs, and Sponsors • Recommend improvements to committee workflows and documentation practices • Perform additional activities as required

🎯 Requirements

• A nursing or BA/BS in a scientific field (or equivalent knowledge/experience) • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Viable applicants must pass a background and education verification check
