📋 Description

• Conduct general inspections and scopes of work for potential repairs/replacements • Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues • Make emergency repairs when needed to satisfy customer needs • Provide complete scopes of work for additional repairs needed • Install service and perform approved repairs as requested • Interact and work with owners, customers, co-workers, managers and inter-office personnel • Adapt to constantly changing environments and workplaces • Complete daily paperwork, including online service documents and timesheets • Travel between multiple locations • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced on commercial roof systems including industrial/commercial single-ply membrane, EPDM, built up roofing, modified bitumen, roof related metals and standing seam/metal panel roofing systems • Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs • Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance • Good computer skills helpful • Excellent communicator, both oral and written • Experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems is ideal • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s License • Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus • Must have personal tools for the trade • Required travel of 25% is preferred
