📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good public relations • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations • Submit reports to referring providers within 48 hours • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Participate in training and assist with protocol development • Provide patient care remotely from home

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology • Active state license or eligible for licensure (NM) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Self-starter, team player, positive energy • Problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Must be able to treat coworkers and referring providers with respect • Good time management skills • Experience providing remote services and working with Zoom is a plus
