📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production. • Manage Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices. • Mentor teams, monitor performance, and support continuous process improvement. • Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong experience in Healthcare, with Medicaid domain expertise • Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams • Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Prior hands-on software development experience. • Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. • Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives.
