📋 Description
• Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads • Educate clients on best practices when creating interactive ads • Pitch and demo ad concepts in client facing meetings • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery • Able to improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets • Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years experience creative agency / advertising agency / in house working on interactive mobile ads • Mobile ad design experience • A strong portfolio • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in After Effects and other video editing software • Understanding of typography, animation and layout • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction • Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines • Can clearly articulate design decisions • Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative • Rich media ad experience • Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS • Experience with building interactive ads or playable ads for top gaming studios • Experience in Figma • Lover of all things mobile
