📋 Description

• Serve as the overarching relationship manager for assigned broker firms • Grow broker headcount by presenting the company value proposition • Develop knowledge of broker firms and books of business to maximize revenue growth • Recruit and train new agents for BenefitMall • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents and brokers • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team sales environment • Lead POD teams servicing agent and broker business • Educate agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and customer value • Host POD strategy calls regarding priority issues, quote volumes, and renewal schedules • Track activities and metrics using Salesforce, Zoom, and internal systems • Market to agents and brokers to drive client business placement • Coordinate in-field sales and retention activities to close sales, renew cases, and add products • Develop agency strategies to drive technology adoption and eliminate manual processes • Coordinate with partner carrier resources • Maintain confidentiality standards • Resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to management

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency (required) • HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required) • 3+ years’ experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required) • Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange • Proficiency in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome • Ability to work occasional long, irregular hours during peak times • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs • Associate’s Degree (preferred)
