📋 Description

• Facilitate graduate-level ABA courses aligned with program learning outcomes, BACB 6th Edition Test Outline Content, and APBA accreditation standards • Update syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments using adult learning principles and best online teaching practices • Coordinate and plan class curricula • Assess and evaluate learners • Support students as needed • Hold weekly synchronous office hours and meet with students upon request • Coordinate and collaborate with the ABA Program Director to ensure course quality and identify course updates • Ensure course content meets professional and ethical requirements of the behavior analytic community • Design courses including Theory & Philosophy of Behavior Analysis, Basic Principles of Behavior, Behavior Measurement and Research Methods, Ethics & Professionalism, Behavioral Skill Assessments, and Functional Behavior Assessments & Interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral or Master degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field from an accredited college or university • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Appropriate experience with teaching graduate courses in applied behavior analysis • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to problem solve • Ability to explain complex requirements clearly and concisely • Ability to manage multiple tasks by required deadlines • Ability to work effectively with students, Alliant employees, the Registrar’s Office, and academic departments • Cultural humility and ability to communicate effectively with diverse people • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, prior employment, and education verification
