📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leaders and business owners • Provide financial insight, budget management support, and decision-making guidance • Lead operating expense budget management, including development, monthly monitoring, spend governance, variance analysis, and business-priority alignment • Evaluate spending trends, risks, opportunities, business cases, investment requests, and resource allocation • Deliver financial insights, budget performance reporting, and executive-level recommendations • Establish budget accountability through regular reviews, variance explanations, and action plans • Lead management, maintenance, and evolution of budget governance and financial planning tools and processes • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports • Perform special projects and other assigned duties • Comply with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Minimum 8 years of equivalent financial analysis or accounting experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate budgeting role • Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting • Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, and MS Excel • Required degrees must have been earned at accredited institutions of higher education • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, including H-1B, H-4, or F-1 OPT visa holders
