📋 Description

• Support enterprise infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services, identity management, and operational technology initiatives across Crest • Assist with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management • Support Active Directory and identity administration activities • Participate in infrastructure projects and system upgrades • Assist with cloud administration and migration efforts • Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives • Develop operational dashboards and reporting • Assist with asset management and configuration management • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities • Support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform • Document technical procedures and operational standards • Gain exposure to enterprise systems administration, cloud operations, infrastructure management, identity and access management, automation and scripting, endpoint lifecycle management, IT service operations, and enterprise technology governance

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, CIS, or related field • Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals • Interest in infrastructure and cloud technologies • Strong troubleshooting abilities • Desire to learn enterprise technology operations
