β€’ Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, closing, and post-sale follow-up β€’ Identifies and pursues new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships β€’ Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecasts territory performance β€’ Develops long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions β€’ Converts leads into long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up β€’ Maintains regular communication with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits β€’ Responds promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, purchasing options, and technical support β€’ Maintains accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system β€’ Maintains ongoing post-sale engagement to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention β€’ Participates in sales meetings and training sessions as assigned to stay informed on products, processes, and best practices β€’ Travels to meet with customers and attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of successful field sales experience managing a defined territory β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and generate new business opportunities β€’ Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets β€’ Strong account management, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills β€’ Ability to manage a geographic territory and travel regularly to customer sites β€’ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
