📋 Description

• Spearhead commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 • Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage project workflow • Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues • Recommend solutions to maintain project schedules • Conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders on progress • Prepare project scheduling status reports for management and team members • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications • Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor • Evaluate and improve scheduling processes for efficiency • Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar construction-industry role • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
