âą 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing âą At least 2 years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software âą Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline âą Experience managing marketing programs for both commercial enterprise and Federal/SLED segments âą Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot âą Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce âą Deep familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management and paid search âą Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) programs âą Comfort operating across the full funnel
