📋 Description

‱ Execute the demand generation strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, email, and partner-sourced channels ‱ Build and manage integrated campaigns that move prospects from awareness to pipeline ‱ Develop and maintain nurture programs tied to buyer stage, persona, and product interest ‱ Collaborate with BDRs to align campaign intent with outbound sequencing ‱ Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting ‱ Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SALs, pipeline sourced, and influenced ‱ Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and channel mix ‱ Manage paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, sponsorships) ‱ Write campaign-related copy when needed ‱ Coordinate with product marketing on content amplification ‱ Support partner co-marketing programs ‱ Jump in on whatever the team needs

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing ‱ At least 2 years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software ‱ Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline ‱ Experience managing marketing programs for both commercial enterprise and Federal/SLED segments ‱ Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot ‱ Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce ‱ Deep familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management and paid search ‱ Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) programs ‱ Comfort operating across the full funnel
