🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical discipline • 5+ years in Big Four or equivalent background working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services organization • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components • Strong strategic planning skills • Strong knowledge with a range of financial products • Knowledge of industries related to financial services • Strong understanding of capital markets across the trade and client life cycle • Background in finance optimization or project management • Business acumen with a strong understanding of business processes • Professionalism and discretion in interacting with clients • Proven track record of showing initiative • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility • High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
