• Establish an advisory firm grounded in Core Values. • Provide a positive experience for clients and employees. • Assist in developing the Business Transformation practice in NYC. • Focus on services in the Asset Management space. • Offer current state assessments and develop Target Operating Models.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Big Four or equivalent background focusing on asset management clients. • Experience with Asset Managers, Pension/Family Offices, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity. • Ability to quickly absorb and sort through large quantities of new information. • Experience in business process improvement, project management, and/or financial systems implementation. • Experience in software platforms like Advent Geneva, Investran, eFront, etc. • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. • Understanding of databases such as MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle. • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility. • High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit! • Great sense of humor!
