📋 Description

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including Quality of Earnings, as well as analysis of working capital, cash flows, and key financial metrics • Review and interpret financial statements under GAAP and other relevant standards • Develop and present client deliverables, including detailed Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables • Collaborate with internal teams and client executives, including CFOs and Controllers, to gather data and communicate insights effectively • Utilize advanced Excel functions and analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx) to synthesize data and identify trends • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence, preferably within Big 4 or similar firms • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics • CPA highly preferred (inactive status acceptable); CFA and other advanced degrees well regarded
