📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the organization’s internal and external clients • Oversee and be directly involved in the loan process from start to finish • Assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors in finding answers regarding loan eligibility • Review and analyze complex income documentation • Assist with training sales or processing staff • Provide customer service by communicating with borrowers to assist them • Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers • Ensure structure of the loan presents the best program based on borrower’s financial circumstances • Review the file for any missing documentation that best supports approval • Communicate loan program and costs with borrowers • Pre-underwrite items to help support approval of the loan • Input feed for disclosures, present and set up loan to best fit borrower’s needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience • 3-5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience • Experience with Encompass LOS, preferred • Prior underwriting experience, a plus • Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and all mortgage and consumer regulations • Excellent math and analytics skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines • Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
