📋 Description

• Proactively contact and respond to inquiries from potential online students • Discuss students’ educational goals and Lindenwood University’s benefits • Recruit, onboard, and support students from inquiry through enrollment • Coordinate with Student Financial Services, Admissions, and Academic Affairs • Interact with a high volume of potential students by telephone, text, email, and video conferencing • Use conversation guides to build relationships and guide students toward enrollment decisions • Discover educational interests and provide personalized program offerings • Identify and address obstacles to students’ educational goals • Respond to new inquiries within two minutes and move students through the enrollment funnel within 48 hours • Advise students on enrollment, transferability, degree options, costs, and University policies • Make admissions recommendations based on holistic reviews • Represent University admissions at school visits, community events, college fairs, and recruitment initiatives • Meet recruitment goals and comply with applicable policies and procedures • Maintain accurate applicant and admitted-student records • Serve as a student concierge and connect students with supporting departments • Evaluate programs, assess outcomes, develop improvements, and share student feedback • Track correspondence with current and prospective students in the appropriate application • Collaborate with University departments and academic schools • Assist other recruitment divisions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment preferred • Experience in post-secondary education recruitment preferred • Master’s degree preferred • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures • Customer-service orientation with excellent attention to detail • Comprehensive knowledge of degree programs, marketing, and public relations principles • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask, use good judgment, and think critically • Strong professional integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Designated quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet and camera for video calls • Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required • Ability to travel overnight as needed
