📋 Description

• Provide assurance and automation for CrowdStrike’s global compliance program • Lead audit and compliance functions related to applicable frameworks, external attestations and certifications, and internal audits • Understand current processes and proactively identify ways to improve the information security program • Build scalable automation solutions integrating controls across systems and processes • Lead internal and external compliance audits and assessments conducted by independent third-party auditors • Develop custom integrations between internal systems to communicate or transfer applicable information • Identify and create automation capabilities to streamline the audit program • Perform other governance, risk, and compliance duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO/IEC 42001 • Functional experience with assuring compliance programs • Comfort communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell • Experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools • At least 5 years of job-related experience, or a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Program and project management experience in scoping, work breakdown, critical path analysis, resourcing, time estimates, project risks, and quality • Ability to think strategically about risks and connect them to tactical organizational activities • Experience with cloud environments and CrowdStrike products or services • Experience with modern AI toolsets for programming or compliance • U.S. work authorization supported by participation in the E-Verify program
