• Help agents create future commission opportunities • Provide CRM, IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, prospecting automation, dialer, and prospecting data • Provide buyer and seller opportunities • Deliver coaching, training, scripts, and conversion support • Provide business cards, signs, and lockboxes • Provide office and leadership support • Help newer agents learn business-generating activities and systems after real estate school • Support experienced agents while allowing them to run their own business
