📋 Description

• Build and develop an independent real estate business with Crown • Talk with prospects, buyers, sellers, and other people involved in real estate • Pursue buyer and seller opportunities • Generate business using Crown Connect automated prospecting, skip-traced data, and a triple-line dialer • Use Lofty CRM, IDX website, and AI-powered tools • Work with provided scripts, business cards, signs, and lockboxes • Participate in training and coaching • Work with office and leadership support • Manage individual production to earn commission-based income

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work for individual production • Ability to build a real estate business • No prior real estate agent experience required • Experienced agents are also welcome • Ability to work with people and communicate with prospects, buyers, and sellers
