📋 Description

• Use technology to reduce repetitive work and manage follow-up and leads • Organize contacts, leads and opportunities using Lofty CRM and a personalized IDX website • Prospect through text, email, video email and ringless voicemail • Make more conversations using a triple-line dialer • Work with prospecting data such as FSBOs, expired listings, probate and absentee owners • Develop buyer and seller opportunities in the pipeline • Apply real estate skills, coaching, training, scripts and conversion strategy • Build business through conversations and follow-up

• Real estate skills • Ability to manage and grow a real estate business • Ability to use CRM, IDX website, AI CRM tools, prospecting, dialing and communication technology • Commission-based compensation; actual earnings depend on individual production
