📋 Description

• Manage and grow a real estate business • Use Lofty CRM and a personalized IDX website to organize contacts, leads, and opportunities • Use AI CRM tools for follow-up and lead management • Prospect through text, email, video email, and ringless voicemail using Crown Connect • Use the triple-line dialer to increase conversations • Prospect FSBOs, expired listings, probate opportunities, absentee owners, and other data sources • Pursue buyer and seller opportunities • Participate in coaching, training, and conversion strategy support
