📋 Description

• Build and grow an individual real estate business with Crown • Work with buyers and sellers • Generate and pursue real estate prospects using automated prospecting tools, skip-traced data, and a triple-line dialer • Use Lofty CRM, IDX website, AI-powered tools, and Crown Connect • Participate in training and coaching • Use provided scripts, business cards, signs, and lockboxes • Receive office and leadership support • Earn through commission-based individual production

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work for individual production • Real estate experience is not required • Experienced real estate agents are also welcome • Willingness to build a real estate business • Ability to work with people and communicate with clients
