📋 Description

• Conduct proactive research and analysis to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential high-value individual and institutional donor prospects • Prepare and deliver prospect intelligence, including donor profiles, capacity and affinity assessments, relationship insights, and strategic recommendations • Support pipeline development and prospect management activities • Lead development and enhancement of internal agentic AI solutions for prospecting, prospect research, relationship identification, and external data incorporation • Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for prospect risk analysis • Assess and support adoption of internally developed and vendor-provided AI tools • Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to optimize donor placement in pipelines and programs • Optimize model performance, run and update models, and develop near-real-time model result availability • Translate predictive analytics and graph database outputs into actionable donor engagement recommendations • Evaluate internal and vendor-supplied data for utility, accuracy, and modeling potential • Expand and enhance the donor graph database • Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting donor understanding and fundraising strategies • Collaborate with GKIM, Analytics and Development Operations, and Data and Platform Systems teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Social Sciences, Economics, or related fields • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research and/or data analytics, or demonstrated experience in independent academic research • Knowledge of Python • Knowledge of machine learning modeling techniques, such as random forest and gradient boosting • Knowledge of social network analysis • Familiarity with agentic AI • Familiarity with prospect research for philanthropic fundraising • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines • Ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders • Ability to develop technical solutions to meet business needs • Fluency in English required • Ability to legally work where the position is performed • Successful candidate must sign and adhere to CRS’ Code of Conduct
