📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support team members • Guide the software development lifecycle • Coach the team in adopting AI‑assisted development practices • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to deliver high-quality tools • Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions • Facilitate code reviews and enforce coding standards • Oversee task delegation, resource allocation, and prioritization within an Agile environment • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings • Create and maintain clear technical documentation • Provide immediate and continuous feedback regarding team performance • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new development team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js, and Azure DevOps • Experience using generative AI in development • Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers • Strong understanding of coding and process best practices • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
