📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support team members. • Guide the software development lifecycle, including architectural design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other teams to deliver high-quality tools. • Facilitate code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. • Oversee task delegation, resource allocation, and prioritization within an Agile environment. • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings. • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js, and Azure DevOps • Experience using generative AI in development. • Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers. • Strong understanding of coding and process best practices. • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
