• Work with Technical Software Trainers to write new content and ensure integrity of training materials • Create customer communications for a wide range of target audiences • Create, edit, update, and manage training guides, eLearning courses, knowledge exams, training videos, and certification documents • Own lifecycle of 90+ training assets and focus on library expansion • Gather complex technical data and translate it into accessible content • Edit and proofread documents written by SMEs and peers • Capture and update visual content using software tools • Collaborate with SMEs and various teams to ensure documentation accuracy • Report issues or risks to project leads proactively
• Minimum of three years of experience writing or editing technical documents • Four-year degree or certification in technical communication or a related field • Experience using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and image editing software (e.g., SnagIt) • Experience using SharePoint and similar platforms for documentation management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of professional American English • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to learn new software applications quickly and work effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment • Ability to maintain focus and produce written content at the computer for extended periods • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse stakeholders and use diplomacy and mediation to accomplish objectives
