📋 Description

• Plays a strategic role in expanding and managing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. • Focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and aligning client needs. • Supports the development and execution of new initiatives, managing high-value relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management, preferably in mission-driven or service-focused organizations. • Knowledge of Deaf culture and accessibility best practices is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of contract negotiation, proposal development, and service pricing. • Experience with CRM systems and project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Basecamp, MS Teams, SharePoint). • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required or willingness to learn.
