📋 Description

• Own the remainder of the legacy on-premise platform migration to the cloud and the platform beyond it • Decide what must exist in the cloud platform before customer migration, what can follow later, and what will be left behind • Build, own, and communicate the product roadmap • Make prioritization and scope decisions based on customer workflow impact, technical constraints, and business value • Observe counter staff, technicians, and owners using the product in automotive repair shops • Translate customer needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and downstream context • Define success metrics, measure outcomes after launch, and take corrective action when the product underperforms • Use AI across the product lifecycle and help define customer-facing AI capabilities • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and leadership to align on releases • Train internal teams to represent the product confidently

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management • Track record of owning products end to end • Direct experience making prioritization and scope decisions and defending them with senior stakeholders • Experience with legacy modernization or platform migration, ideally on-premise to cloud • Hands-on customer discovery directly in customers' environments • Ability to craft strong user stories anticipating downstream stakeholder needs • Curiosity about AI and willingness to use it in personal workflow and product development • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving, lightly structured environments • Experience in automotive repair software or an adjacent industry is a nice to have • Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, and modern AI tools is a nice to have • Relevant degree or equivalent experience is a nice to have • Pragmatic Marketing certification or similar is a nice to have
