• Establish and build relationships with existing customers • Proactively follow up on opportunities and leads • Develop in‑depth knowledge of the industry and product offerings • Schedule and lead sales calls and product demonstrations • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process to drive business growth • Track activities, opportunities, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM
• Minimum 1 yr of experience in sales development or inside sales (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles) • Strong sales communication skills, including confident cold calling, getting past gatekeepers, building rapport quickly, and comfortably speaking with experienced business owners • Coachable and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in learning and improving • Analytical and metrics-minded, understanding how data is used to track and improve performance • Hands-on experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred; Pardot a plus) • Results-driven, high-energy, and motivated by goals and performance • Background or hands-on experience in Marketing is considered an asset
