📋 Description

• Enter credits and transaction information into CSI's internal systems • Process bank credit information using reports and the BOSS system • Support Mastercard fraud reporting and Visa fraud reporting activities • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness • Perform high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining quality standards • Collaborate with Samantha and the Disputes Team to ensure timely processing • Assist with additional department tasks when business needs require • Support the Regional Network Dispute team • Work closely with internal team members without direct interaction with customers or banks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks efficiently • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace • Previous data entry experience preferred • Financial services, banking, or fintech experience preferred • 10-key/numeric keypad experience preferred • Experience working in a production or processing environment preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
