📋 Description

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for Time Deposits and related NuPoint applications • Evaluate customer ideas, enhancement requests, support issues, defects, and regulatory changes • Define and document product features, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Partner with Technical Product Owners and software engineers to translate business needs into development work • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and release activities • Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements affecting CDs, IRAs, time deposits, and related banking products • Develop deep knowledge of assigned applications and serve as a subject-matter expert • Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Support, technical writers, and other stakeholders • Review customer-facing documentation • Support product demonstrations and customer, prospect, sales, or user-group conversations • Support product testing and validation • Manage priorities and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and changing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking operations, deposit products, core banking technology, product management, business analysis, or a related field • Knowledge of time deposits, CDs, IRAs, savings products, general ledger, balancing, or back-office banking operations is highly desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences • Experience with product backlogs, requirements, customer enhancements, or software development teams • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to research problems and make sound recommendations • Ability to learn complex banking applications and become a product subject-matter expert • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently • Ability to present product functionality and recommendations • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs, regulations, and development priorities • Ability to travel approximately 10% • Preferred: Experience with NuPoint or another core banking platform • Preferred: Experience supporting Time Deposits, CDs, IRAs, deposit operations, or other banking applications • Preferred: Experience creating features, user stories, acceptance criteria, or similar software requirements • Preferred: Familiarity with APIs and system integrations • Preferred: Experience in Agile software development environments • Preferred: Familiarity with AHA, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product-development tools • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus • College degree preferred but not required with relevant experience • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
