📋 Description

• Own the technical execution of solution implementations for new and existing customers • Perform technical planning, software installation, environment configuration, integrations, data exchange, troubleshooting, deployment, and validation • Identify and escalate non-standard, high-risk, or cross-solution issues • Complete technical implementation responsibilities within assigned solution areas with limited oversight • Install, configure, and tune CSI software across customer and hosted environments • Develop, modify, and validate flat file extracts and data mappings • Perform database validation, mapping verification, and script execution • Deliver API and file-based integrations, including authentication, connectivity, data mapping, error handling, testing, and technical certification • Troubleshoot installation, integration, performance, and data issues and implement resolutions • Plan and execute deployment and cutover activities, including rollback readiness and post-deployment validation • Deploy code, configuration packages, or releases to test environments as required • Translate approved functional requirements into technical environment, configuration, data, connectivity, and integration specifications • Mentor newer team members and provide QA oversight of technical deliverables • Communicate and interact with customers and their technical and network staff • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and file specifications • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least four (4) years of relevant work experience in technical implementation, systems integration, data integration, or comparable technical delivery roles • Proficient SQL skills, including database refresh and restore for test environments • Working knowledge of scripting • Working knowledge of secure file transfer • Working knowledge of API and file-based integration patterns • Working knowledge of network connectivity • Working knowledge of server administration • Education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education in a technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience or certification • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis to support business needs
