📋 Description

• Inspect and document internal and external blade damage, including photographic evidence and detailed reporting • Perform coating and structural repairs on blades, including leading/trailing edges, tips, and internal components, following engineering guidelines • Work at heights up to 300 ft using platform systems • Complete and submit accurate service reports and Daily Work Reports (DWR) using mobile systems • Review and submit repair documentation to Operations and Engineering teams • Communicate site progress and issues with internal teams and clients • Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures on wind turbine generators • Assist with site setup, including coordination of labour and materials • Perform rigging and de-rigging tasks as required • Follow all safety procedures and participate in hazard assessments and safety meetings • Lead field teams on active projects • Conduct advanced inspections and perform repairs categorized from 1 to 5

🎯 Requirements

• Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT) • Arc Flash / NFPA 70E certification • Confined Space & Rescue certification • Respirator Fit Testing certification • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification • Experience in blade repair, composites, or similar mechanical work • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions • Team player with excellent communication skills • Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory record • Ability to pass a background check • Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. • Physically capable of performing job duties • Must be legally allowed to work in the USA
