📋 Description

• Develop and execute engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals. • Build and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate leads. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns that drive visibility and conversions. • Establish TNBWS Corp. as an authority in sales recruiting through innovative storytelling and content marketing. • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries to foster relationships with followers and potential clients. • Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and optimize content based on performance insights. • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral marketing strategies. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of social media management, preferably in a B2B, sales, or recruitment-related industry. • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms. • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content design tools. • Experience using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and optimize campaigns. • Strong skills in writing persuasive captions, posts, and ad copy. • Deep knowledge of social media trends, memes, and viral content strategies. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
