• lead and develop a team of buyers responsible for sourcing finished goods • own and deliver reporting on inventory levels, outages, risks, and supply changes • ensure product availability through proactive risk identification and mitigation • drive cost competitiveness through negotiations and cost reduction initiatives • establish long-term supplier alignment and strategic vendor relationships • partner cross-functionally with Planning, Product Development, and Operations • continuously improve purchasing processes, systems, and reporting • oversee the MRO purchasing for US operations
• 5–10 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience • 3+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams • strong analytical skills and experience with inventory metrics • proven success in vendor negotiations and cost management • experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and advanced Excel • bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field • ability to travel up to 25% as needed • must reside full-time in the continental US
