📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and participate in engagement teams • Determine client needs through interviews and analysis • Lead data analysis, interpret findings, form hypotheses and conclusions, and develop initial recommendations • Draft deliverables, presentations, and recommendations for various audiences • Assist with implementing recommended improvements and desired client changes • Participate in all phases of engagements, including issue identification, planning, interviews, analyses, synthesis, conclusions, and recommendations • Provide input and support for team deliverables and presentations • Oversee Analyst work when requested • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Maintain utilization targets for billable client projects • Create value through client interactions, analytics, insights, and team participation • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Obtain data and execute, direct, or oversee analyses • Prepare verbal and graphic presentations using professionally sound methods • Execute project plans according to statements of work and client expectations • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads to managers

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of applicable experience • High School education required • Awareness of market trends and key competitors’ activities • Negotiation skills • Effective approaches to closing the sale • Networking skills • Knowledge of clients and the healthcare industry • Understanding of risk management practices • Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods • Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab • Advanced Excel skills • Tableau and Business Intelligence experience • Experience in healthcare, business, or finance • Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management • Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from efforts • Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Effective communication with in-person and electronic audiences • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Travel 61–80% within the US • Bachelor’s degree listed as preferred
