📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial objectives • Develop and implement best practices for contract management • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide legal guidance • Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of in-house legal experience in the healthcare industry • Proven expertise in SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the healthcare industry • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills • Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.
