📋 Description

• Manage and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure successful execution and delivery • Provide oversight of technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned projects • Supervise project personnel, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and task completion • Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements • Coordinate with end users, technical teams, client services, and other project stakeholders • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, schedules, and contractual requirements • Manage the integration of vendor activities and monitor, track, and review vendor deliverables • Identify project risks, issues, and challenges and recommend effective solutions • Exercise independent judgment in resolving non-routine technical, administrative, and management issues • Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance • Prepare and review project status reports, documentation, and other required deliverables • Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to organizational and contractual policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field, or PMP, FAC/PPM, or equivalent project management certification may be considered in lieu of the degree, where applicable • Minimum 5 years of related project management experience • Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and deliverables • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision • Experience working in a customer-facing environment and managing contractual requirements • Active Secret Clearance Required • Candidate(s) will be required to go through pre-employment screening
