📋 Description

• Prepare well-documented functional specifications for assigned projects • Prepare test plans and test cases, and execute test cases • Research and analyze complex data to ensure accurate functional design • Mentor less experienced staff through application training, research analysis, and project methodology consultation • Serve as functional lead on complex projects and coordinate project team meetings • Schedule and facilitate meetings and document and distribute meeting minutes • Meet with business clients to discuss application changes related to enterprise initiatives, compliance/regulatory requirements, contractual agreements, or BAU maintenance • Participate in design discussions and document and deliver functional specifications • Identify business requirements for application user experience and provide feedback to clients • Review business requirements with technology teams • Coordinate and provide project estimates, timelines, and project phases • Advise on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives such as acquisitions or major product/service changes • Work with vendors and technical teams to understand functionality and provide implementation insight • Serve as test coordinator for large initiatives involving multiple applications • Document data mapping for system integration, conversion, and acquisition-related projects • Prepare test plans and scripts with testing teams and manage or execute test cases • Monitor specifications and change requests to maintain scope, regulatory compliance, business requirements, and technology standards • Document, review, and resolve change requests • Coordinate timely resolution and documentation of testing and implementation issues • Manage post-implementation feedback, issue resolution, and actual-versus-planned timeline and financial debriefs • Adhere to company risk, regulatory, and internal control standards • Escalate risk-related issues to management • Support diversity and the Bank brand • Implement internal and external audit points and address regulator-raised issues • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong time management skills • Strong lateral thinking skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages • Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution • Subject matter expertise in business with knowledge or experience utilizing the supported application/system • Ability to work on multiple projects of a complex nature • Advanced understanding of supported applications and interfacing/integrated applications • Advanced knowledge of the entire system to work on projects outside normal BAU • Ability to use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Excellent understanding of the Bank's application framework • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms • Ability to understand supported businesses and terminology • Ability to present effectively to all levels of management • Ability to multitask across components of complex projects • Ability to coordinate between applications and business units • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously • Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates • Ability to recommend and implement solutions • Proactive and detail-oriented • Strong understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience
