📋 Description

• Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned to project goals • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations • Design and deliver communication plans and executive-level messaging • Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions • Define governance frameworks for the change effort • Contribute to the training strategy supporting the rollout • Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments and adoption metrics • Monitor and mitigate risks related to change adoption • Deliver an OCM strategy and stakeholder communication plan within the engagement window • Contribute governance framework and training strategy for handoff • Maintain a clear risk log and mitigation plan for ongoing change adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects • Strong knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA preferred) and related business processes • Expertise in change communications strategy and impact measurement • Organizational design and transition planning experience • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels • Experience collaborating with client, competitor, and complementary consultant teams • Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems (nice-to-have) • Led more than four large-scale business change initiatives (nice-to-have) • Led or played a major role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives (nice-to-have) • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA • Knowledge of ERP change management tooling and frameworks
