📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government stakeholders • Plan, execute, and oversee all program activities in alignment with the client’s strategic priorities • Manage program cost, schedule, and performance in accordance with contract requirements and agency expectations • Provide strategic, technical, and operational guidance to federal leadership • Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners • Track, assess, and report program progress, risks, issues, and performance outcomes • Support the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices • Ensure all program deliverables meet established quality, compliance, and timeliness standards • Lead and participate in program meetings, briefings, and formal status updates • Ensure adherence to federal contract compliance requirements and internal company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in a related field OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience managing federal programs or government contracts • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
