📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end sales process through: • Undertake detailed qualification and discovery conversations with prospects • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and use cases • Answer technical questions and explain implementation approaches • Build deep product expertise across CUBE capabilities and integrations • Maintain meaningful contextual knowledge of compliance processes • Own functional RFP responses, delivering high quality, contextual value statements • Support proof-of-concept activities and technical evaluations • Develop skills in customer engagement and solution design • Maintain demonstration environments and pre-sales technical content • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams • Ensure smooth handover of technical requirements to delivery teams

• Strong understanding of financial services compliance topics, regulations and trends • Ability to conduct peer-to-peer conversations with Compliance professionals • Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all deliverables • Communicate clearly and build productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers • Analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions • Work effectively within teams, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues • Actively pursue learning opportunities and develop skills to improve performance and adapt to change • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks appropriately, and deliver work to agreed deadlines • Understand customer needs and deliver services that meet or exceed expectations
